Cinnamon , Nutmeg, Olive Oil and Honey mask

So yesterday I tried this face mask I saw online. I posted

a picture on Instagram of how my face looked with the mask on (because I’m weird lol) and I promised that I would put the recipe on how to get this mask, So here it goes :)

What you’ll need:
1 tbs honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

I actually used this much and I even had some left for the next time I do it.
My skin is very dry so I drizzled some olive oil into the mixture (don’t worry about clogging up your pores, olive is oil does not plug up pores).

I leave it on for 30 minutes, then I rub it off in small circles to exfoliate my face (it feels great).

This facial mask is good with acne flare-ups. You can use this once a week. Honey contains numerous anti-microbial properties and is a natural antioxidant. Honey fights microbial infections that cause acne without irritating your skin. This mask pulls out impurities from your pores that would normally stay clogged, and bacteria that causes pimples. Honey will also help restore your skin’s texture and reduce damage done to your skin by the sun and daily environments you come in contact with.

Nutmeg is great when used as a spot treatment for pimples. It reduces inflammation, redness, and acne-causing bacteria. Cinnamon works to kill acne by drying out the affected area and bringing blood and oxygen to the surface to open the pores

I hope you girls try it, tell me what you think -d <3
